Jacqueline Kumar
Writing satisfies my desire to turn lived experiences into meaningful lessons about self-worth, empathy, and relationships, helping others understand themselves, recognize unhealthy patterns, and create deeper connections. – Jacqueline Kumar, Ph.D.
Dr. Jacqueline Kumar is an author, speaker, and founder of Empathos Coaching. She holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Queen’s University, specializing in the philosophy of emotion, specifically empathy.
After years of studying and teaching at the university level, Dr. Kumar chose to leave academia to bring her research beyond the classroom and into the lives of accomplished professional women.
Combining academic research with her own lived experiences, she writes and speaks about empathy, self worth, and the relationship patterns that often prevent successful women from experiencing the same fulfillment in their personal lives as they do in their careers.
Her work bridges the gap between research and real life, helping women understand how empathy can become their greatest strength when directed not only toward others, but toward themselves.
Through her writing and speaking, she empowers women to break unhealthy patterns, build healthier relationships, and create lives that reflect their true worth.
